Dreadful customer service

Contacting Dyson customer service is a very painful and tedious process. Used chat on the app first - no confirmation email and cannot access previous chat so spent half a hour on hold days later to speak to a person. Phone line connection intermittent at best. Had to repeat my details many times. Dyson did have record of the collection date I was given so some small comfort but still not received any confirmation email despite being told I should have it within 24 hrs of initial contact. A really disappointing experience from a company that should do better considering the price of their products and loyalty of the customer.

Dyson Air Wrap Attachment Suggestion

I would just like to suggest a new brush head for the Dyson Airwrap similar to the Drybar hair dryer brush head or the Revlon hairdryer brush head. I like the size of the new larger Dyson brush head, however, it does not have the same dual type bristles that can really grip the hair while you’re drying it instead of me having to really help my hair stay on the brush with my hand. I used the other two hair dryer brushes and wanted to purchase one, but that seems like a waste since I already own two top of the line hair drying devices from Dyson (the blow dryer and airwrap). This is just a product suggestion that would be really cool if you guys made. Thank you so much for your time.

where is my seial nuber form ?

About 2 years ago my good friend give me a Dyson supersonic. Few months ago my Dyson stoped working. I’ve been trying to call different Dyson customers service numbers for help- with no luck. Every time when I give my serial number I being told that my serial number is not from uk and that I need to call country where my Dyson was bought originally. When I’m asking if they can help me with finding out where is my Dyson supersonic from you guys are me that you can’t help me and I need to do it myself. For the past 12 months my hair dryer is sitting in the box broken and I can’t figure out what to do with it. Is there any way you could help with this and find out where is my hair dryer from so I could send this and get it fixed ?

Dyson Corrale straightener is a defective product

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Do your homework first online and you will see numerous complaints. It works for a short time, then I got an error message to “reset” which would not work. Now it has died completely after maybe 5 uses. This seems to be a common complaint. Dyson continues to market a product that they must know is defective and refuses a refund, offering only a replacement which I do not want due to the number of failuresDO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT and think carefully before buying any other from Dyson as their customer service is horrible. dreadful customer service for V7 repair

1 sept - reported issue with the machine - would not speak to my daughter but only the owner of the machine (why?)2 Sept - called to report fault with machine - booked for collection on 13 Sept - said they would send a payment form for the £99 repair but never did arrive13 Sept - waited in all day & machine not collected14 Sept - called to say it was not collected - said it was because of payment not made - payment now made - new pickup booked for 27 Sept17 Sept - dyson packed up (on website said don't need to as driver brings box but told on phone need to do this) - DPD collected box with Dyson in11 October 11.41 am - called as not heard anything- cannot locate machine - gave DPD tracking number - will escalate my complaint and get back to me in 2 hours - waited in all day - they did not11 October 16.18 pm - called as not heard anything - exactly the same as earlier and told will escalate the complaint16 October – called again – told will escalate complaint and get back to me – no

STOP HOLDING MY MONEY! GIVE ME MY REFUND!

Almost a month after Dyson received my machine, still no refund! Countless promises over the phone and on line chat but I still haven’t received it! From reading posts by others, I know that this is not just happening to me, but to so many.I guess this is Dyson’s business model! I will keep this in mind, next time I need a new vacuum!

Dyson V11 Blank Screen and Flickering Lights Issue

Hi everyone,It’s a fairly new Dyson V11, and the filters are clean. It seems to be charging because when I connect it, the white lights flash for a second. But when I try to turn the display, it stays blank screen, and if I try to power on the vacuum, the white lights just flicker nothing else happens.Any ideas on what could be causing this white blank screen issue?

Dyson Customer Support - Poor Service and Warranty Issues

My HP09 is displaying a warning symbol and is non functional. As luck would have it, Dyson customer care says their systems down due to technical issues and that it will be down for an undetermined amount of time and that they cannot process a mail in replacement. Their suggestion is that I drive over an hour away to drop off the unit for service - not only does that amount to four hours of my time driving there to drop it off, drive back home, then drive back to pick it up a couple days later, then drive back home again to potentially resolve things, but my state and the surrounding states were just hit by a hurricane and the roads in some areas still aren’t safe to travel on. In any event a Dyson Support Supervisor promised me I would get a callback from a Dyson Support manager to work out other service options (after being on the phone for three hours only to get no where) - It’s been 7 days and nothing… Not an email, no call, obviously no voicemail - nothing. Who can I contact that

Hi. I have a DC54 and I need to disassemble the Dual Mode Floor Tool (part no. 966247-01) to remove an unseen blockage. I have removed the 10 Torx screws, but it won't come apart. What else do I need to do, to open up this component?

Late 2024: how can I leave a product review on the Dyson website?

On this site, there is advice about how to create a review on Dyson website, but it doesn’t work - at least on Dyson’s UK site as of November 2024. If I go to a product page and click on reviews, there is no option if I scroll down to add a review any more. Also, I can’t do so from the MyDyson site when looking at my product. I’ve tried on an iPhone and an iPad, and using Safari and Chrome.So, does anyone know how to add a review based on the lastest version of the Dyson website.

Hey everyone,I am trying to figure out if my old v11 dock (part number 970778-01) will be compatible with my new V11/SV28 vacuum.According to the parts website, my old dock supports V11 with click-in batteries but the list on that page does not include my SV28 (Extra) version.Can someone please advise? Dyson V15 - debris filling up airway and not going into bin.

I always start my V15 with an empty bin and clear airway. But lately, after it has sucked up debris and lots of dog hair for about 15 minutes the bin is empty and the airway is blocked. The blockage is always in the internal passage and I am able to finger all the debris out through the hole on the side. A visual inspection through the passage gives me the all-clear. Then 15 minutes later - same thing - nothing in the bin and all in the airway. I have washed, rinsed and dried the filter - still with the same result. What now? Also lately, the bin will come off just by moving the red lid lever down. Could air be going in past the rubber seal, thus losing the air vacuum?
