V12 power charge failure and lack of support issues

I purchased a new V12 on 7th September 2023, delivered 9th September. I needed this on/off button variant as I can no longer use trigger control due to medical hand problems. Having been bought direct from Dyson they wrote to me to say the machine had been registered by them, as of yesterday, 2nd October it was not on the website showing as registered. Went online to access support but next issue was Dyson website says my serial number does not exist, took a photo of machine serial code alongside refusal message in case anyone wants proof.After 21 days battery ran out and machine would no longer charge. Tried just plugging in just the charger cable plug into machine, no AC mains connected, machine blue lights blink and white battery symbol pulsing indicating it was charging! Impossible as it was not connected to the AC mains supply. My husband tried calling Customer Support but they refused to talk to him, will only speak to registered owner and I was not available so they cleared down

Dyson vacuum that can suck up Human hair without tangling?

Hello,I’m looking for a Dyson, preferably cordless, that can suck up long human hair without the brush head getting clogged up.With my current vacuum cleaner, and 3 women in the house, I spent ages removing the hair from the bristles after every use.Any suggestions?Thanks.

Service Repair disaster

I am new to the Dyson community website but reading a number of post I am not the only one who’s had issues with the collection services provided by Dyson and their courier service provider.I have been trying to resolve the issue with an out of warranty Airwrap since the 17th May, I have dealt with a number of call centre agents some very helpful and apologetic. One particularly rude agent making accusation that the item is a counterfeit product without seeing the item.I live in the IOM and have tried to get the Airwrap repaired for nearly 5 month, 4-5 collection dates, two engineers and a manger and hrs on the phone on hold to South Africa. I’ve offered to pay for the item to be sent to the service centre in the Uk. I’ve asked for an email address so i could complain. but to no avail. Is there anyone out there that can help or provide a point of point?many thanks

Dyson V11 animal plus stopped working 2 weeks after battery replacement

Hi, I have a Dyson V11 that I purchased a replacement battery for only 2 weeks ago. The battery replacement fixed the issue that it would not turn on. I had cleaned the vacuum prior and diagnosed that the battery needed replacement. Everything was fine until this morning when I tried to vacuum and it will not turn on, no lights or anything illuminated. What could be wrong? Do I need to purchase another battery? Seems odd that original battery lasted years and a replacement would only last less than 30 days? Looking for advice on how to get this resolved. thanks in advance!

Crazy Impossible Delivery Choices

Hello! I am a bit confused by the delivery times that you can choose whenever you place an order. On Wednesday 9/27 I ordered a V15 Detect Absolute and at checkout I was given a few different options for delivery times. Not all days were available for delivery but I was given the option of having the vacuum delivered on Friday 9/29. I thought, “Gee! That’s fast!” and chose it despite that delivery date sounding too good to be true. It’s now 9/30 and my order hasn’t even shipped yet (it is in-stock, and I placed my order at 12:30 p.m. EST, so I figured that it would ship on Thursday). I’m just a bit confused on why I would have the option to choose such a quick delivery date when other seemingly random days (and by that I mean days other than Sunday) were unavailable for delivery. What’s the point of letting people choose if the actual delivery isn’t going to be until much later?

Serial number doesn’t exist - An ideas?

My V8 Animal battery needs replacing. I ordered one from you ,but had to return it as it didn’t fit.I was told that you had no other battery available? so I went on line typed in my serial number from the bottom of the battery, to be told it doesn’t exist?.
