Request for Resolution and Discount Adjustment

Hello,I am writing to express my disappointment with the service surrounding my recent purchase. On 07/10, I placed an order, applying a discount code your website had available. Unfortunately, this transaction has been overshadowed by a series of delivery issues that have caused significant frustration.I opted to collect the item from my nearest post office—a secure address—yet the courier failed to deliver the package on the first attempt. There was no notification of the failed delivery, contrary to your stated delivery policy, and the package was returned less than 24 hours after this "attempt." I was not given any opportunity to retrieve the order or take action before it was sent back.When I contacted your customer service team for assistance, the agent I spoke with was unable to offer a solution other than re-placing an order with no mention of the discount, citing procedural constraints. I am left wondering what your process is for customers in my situation as a refund is not a

After three months, card got charged but received neither Dyson nor refund?

On July 20th I placed a Dyson hairdryer via phone, and an employee named John from Dyson placed the order and sent me an order payment link. I clicked and paid but I didn’t receive a payment confirmation email from Dyson. John left me a voicemail saying that the order might take longer to process. I waited till the next day but I still did not get the confirmation, but my card was still charged.I called back to Dyson and the representative said he can get me a refund and I can place another order for my hairdryer so I did. The other order was processed smoothly, but I never received my refund for the first apple card transaction, even after the 10 business days processing time the representative proclaimed. Now it has been 3 months and I am deeply disappointed by Dyson for making a simple order process so unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. Trying to get a refund!

Hi All, can anyone give me a number or email address for a senior member of customer service. I have been passed from pillar to post, I am due a refund from end of August. And in addition I requested to return a part today, they sent me a label for a letter not a parcel. When I pointed this out the person on chat just kept saying you will receive your label in 24-72 hours, I even sent them a screen shot of the email to say: yes you’ve sent me the label but its the incorrect label and they just kep repeating ‘you will recieve your label in 24-72 hours’. Many thanks for any help offered!

Faulty Hoover

Hi all - a year ago I invested in a Dyson Hoover costing over £250. I thought a great company with a fabulous product with a British Inventor at the heart of the company - its worth investing in something that will see me through the next few years.Recently the battery stopped charging on the hoover and also the tubes stopped clicking together. I contacted Customer Services (via their Chat facility) and arranged collection of my hoover so it could be repaired. At this time I was also charge £100.The day of collection came and as it was an all day option I had to take a days holiday so I could be home. On the morning of the collection I received an email that said DPD cant not collect and I would be given another date soon.I contacted Customer Services again just now and have another collection date booked for 2 weeks time and have also been guaranteed an urgent refund.My gripes: I asked to file an official complaint and have been told there is no process in place to do this - why i

How do I get help processing my refund?

I purchased a Dyson airwrap and financed via Affirm. I’ve contacted customer service no less than 3 times by phone and as many times via the chat function as well as by email. I returned my product within 2 days of receiving it...completely unopened as I had an emergency expense come up and realized this was not something I could treat myself to at this time. I’ve confirmed you have my product. First I’m told that refunds will be processed within 10-14 days and then one to two billing cycles. The service representatives don’t understand that they need to process the return in order for me to stop seeing charges within one to two billing cycles. Because two billing cycles is 60 days...not 10- 14 as your policy suggests! As far as I’m concerned you are being fraudulent and misleading your customers. Not to mention the absolute horrific customer service I’ve received from the most rude group of people ever! They all claim they are in the US but I’ve not spoken to one person that doesn’

Whistling noise on newer units?

Hey, My purifier + humidifier was working well until the pump broke. It worked fine until that point. Fast forward, I have received two replacements since I sent back the original unit and the new ones have an awful whistling noise to them, even on the lowest speed settings, this thing is *loud* and very annoying.I was wondering, is this normal? Dyson support wants me to send the brand new unit to repair instead of replacement and It wouldn’t surprise me if they closed the case as a non-issue, which would be awkward because my old unit didn’t have this problem 🤐

HP09 Formaldehyde and catalytic filter

Hi all, I have HP09 about 2 years now - Catalytic Filter smell has gone too bad so I had to remove to use it.I cannot purchase this again as I cannot see this.It this filter washable? Would it kill the function of the filter if I wash ?I contact Dyson customer centre but it seems they have no knowledge of this.Thank you in advance.

Vis nav keeps asking for me to clean its sensors

Hi all,since some weeks my dyson 360 vis nav is throwing a clean sensor error after (almost) every run. I clean it like crazy and it is almost as clean as new. Sometimes I can find some tiny tiny pieces of spider threads on the front left sensor. Is it really this sensitive? Is there a way to see which sensor is causing the error, I might have overlooked someting. Thanks!

Dyson V15 - debris filling up airway and not going into bin.

I always start my V15 with an empty bin and clear airway. But lately, after it has sucked up debris and lots of dog hair for about 15 minutes the bin is empty and the airway is blocked. The blockage is always in the internal passage and I am able to finger all the debris out through the hole on the side. A visual inspection through the passage gives me the all-clear. Then 15 minutes later - same thing - nothing in the bin and all in the airway. I have washed, rinsed and dried the filter - still with the same result. What now? Also lately, the bin will come off just by moving the red lid lever down. Could air be going in past the rubber seal, thus losing the air vacuum?

DC33 Beater Bar not spinning in hard floor mode

I have an older DC33 that was working just fine, then we found that it wasn’t picking up very good Our current house has mostly hardwood floors, and it was in hard floor setting and on the hardwoods when we discovered this. I checked it out and found the beater bar was not spinning. I made sure it was free of any hair or strings. It will spin when running in carpet mode, but the moment you flip it to hard floor mode it stops and it hard to spin by hand.I thought perhaps it was a clutch issue, so I replaced the clutch/belts with a brand new Dyson unit, and the problem was not resolved at all.I don’t know what to do now? When I had the beater bar off as I replaced the clutch, I verified that it spins very freely on it’s own.

Whats going on with my Exchange?

I have been having non-stop trouble with my exchange. This process started on September 11 when a part of my cordless vacuum broke. When I contacted Dyson they said the part was out of stock and since the unit was under warranty they offered to exchange it. They said the process would take 15 business days to complete We received the shipping label and sent it in the 20th of September and heard nothing back from Dyson for weeks even after we verified that it was received at their warehouse though UPS. We contacted Dyson customer support a week and they told us to wait a week to process the unit.We contacted Dyson again on October 14th and the rep stated our package has left the warehouse and we would receive a shipping label in the next few days. We waited another week and called again on October 21st. This time the rep said the package just arrived to the warehouse and that it would take 15 more days until we receive it. After letting him know that the previous rep said it had alrea
