Authentication
If you’re creating a MyDyson app for the first time, or are logging into an existing account, you’ll be asked to authenticate.
The authentication email will be sent to your registered email address. It contains a verification code to input as you log into the MyDyson app.
What happens if I don’t receive my authentication email?

Please check your spam/junk/other folder.

Ensure that you are typing in your email address correctly.
Please note. The email will be sent from no-reply@cp.dyson.com, please check that your domain is not blocking this email.
