Zone - Dyson app not showing the correct data for airflow. Suggestions?

Hi, not sure if anyone else is seeing this.
on the dashboard it shows ‘off’ but when you click on the details it is actually on ‘auto’.

im not seeing that behavior. on the main screen it shows on auto and also when i click on the fan icon

Thanks, I will reboot my phone and see if this issue persists.

Nothing out of the ordinary on mine. 

If it persists, you may want to reset the headphones to! https://community.dyson.com/your-headphones-and-the-dyson-app-169/power-cycling-restarting-resetting-the-headphones-1430

  1. Turn off the headphones by pressing and holding the airflow button on the left earcup for 5 seconds.
  2. Continue to reset the headphones by holding the airflow button down for a further 5 - 10 seconds.
  3. Refresh the Dyson App by closing and reopening it.
