Dyson Air Purifiers not showing graph data in app - Help!

Hello All,

We have 2 x Dyson HEPA Cool Formaldehyde purifying fan.

Both have and are continually working perfectly for last few weeks. However, since ~12pm Thursday just gone, the graph data in the app has stopped working.

However, everything else works fine. I can remotely connect to the devices from outside the home. All the numbers show on the app (the various air quality status), I can control both from the app (on wifi and external to the house).  The interesting thing is both devices seemed to have stopped showing graph data at the exact same time.

Here a 2 images from 12am last night when I unplugged them, I plugged them back in this morning, 7 hours later. Yes the continuous monitoring is switched on for both units.

Any ideas on how to correct this?

Solved.

 

This phone I was looking at was not the “owner” of the account. I checked the phone of the owner, and all was working well.

A quick log in and out of hte account which was having the issues (on the phone) corrected it.
