Give 'Power Cycling/Restarting/Resetting' the air treatment machine | Dyson Community a try. If turning it off for a prolonged period and then back on again doesn’t work, you’ll need an engineer to inspect it.

I had the same problem later last year. Followed the exact article Charlieboy1 shared and worked treat.
