Same values for PM 2.5 and 10 on device as well as app

I recently bought a TP09 purifier and the PM2.5 and PM 10 readings are always exactly the same. It dies not seem to be an app issue, the readings on the device are the same. The device has been restarted multiple times as well. Does anyone know of a fix? Thanks

tap icon on screen, pure humidify & cool autoreact fan

Please could anyone help, I’ve spoke to dyson online chat & they recommend a new part but machine is still saying same.when I take the water tank out & fill up (keeping all top dry) and put back into machine, after turning power back on a tap icon comes up on screen, this is pretty much a new fan. When speaking with Dyson chat the told me the pump column needed to be replaced, today they have sent me another brand new one, and after filling water tank in inserting in machine after powering it back up the tap icon comes back on ? Has anyone had this, dyson was telling me last week that this new part would 100% fix the problem but it doesn’t seem to have, has anyone else had this fault ??

Been trying to pay my TP07 for months now and still issues…might aswell of got the. TP10 at this rate as always constantly getting stuck on 3rd one or sometimes the others worked perfectly when I first got it a few years ago but I don’t know what you’ve done since for it not to connect. please fix this?!

Dyson Airwrap doesn't work in Mexico. I have voltage converter

Good afternoon I bought a Dyson Airwrap in Thailand. I arrived in Mexico, anf it doesn’t work. I have a voltage converter from 110v to 220v. All my devices works thanks to it, except for the Dyson. What else needs to be done for it to start working? Thanks for your response.

DYSON PURIFIER HUMIDITY +COOL PH04

NOT IMPRESSED!I bought this unit in 2022, it lasted 8 months before the blades stopped rotating. Unit was sent back for repair another machine was sent to me since they were unable to repair it (Covid ). Six months later same issue with second machine. They upgraded the model from my original model purchased., sent me a third replacement!!Guess what the third unit has exactly the same issue, By this time apparently the warranty had expired. The warranty is from the original date of purchase, although if a machine is this unreliable the warranty should be extended. Now machine is out of warranty let’s see how long the repair will last. I appreciate the Techs at the repair center, although the machine was out of warranty according to them, they repaired the unit without charge. Will I buy another Dyson ? Most likely not!! at least not for $1000 US.

could my humidify+cool be increasing VOCs and NO2?

I have a Dyson pure humidify + cool. I am noticing that when I turn it on, the air quality readings are good. After running the machine for 30 min the VOC and NO2 quality moves very quickly to poor or very poor. If I turn off the machine and wait 20 min, the readings go back to normal. I completed a deep cleaning cycle even though it wasn’t prompted but this has not improved.

Dyson Air quality

hi i was just wondering if anyone else has problems with their dyson fan and their xbox or any gaming console/pc because i turn on my xbox and play for a couple hours and my air quality for pm2.5 and pm10 instantly jumps to 130 and the air quality in my area is 19 and my house is very clean so i was wondering if my xbox would cause any problems with my dyson? if anyone has this same problem please let me know :)

Dyson AM05 Display Error E8

Recently, my Dyson AM05 started displaying an "E8" error code on its screen after few minutes when heating mode is on. Cold mode is working normally without any issue. I’ve noticed there is only one side of heater is warming up and second one is always cold. Initially, I wasn't quite sure what this meant, and unfortunately, the user manual doesn't provide much information about specific error codes like E8. As a result, I'm a bit stuck as to what steps I should take to resolve this issue.

Multiplier - ROUND head tower fan

Help needed.. I have one of the original round tower fans, the one with the round circle head.. the multiplier is written on the circular head. (can’t see an actual model number?)Is there a filter anywhere to clean?I haven’t used it for a while and no cool air is coming out.I have used the vacuum on the bottom vent holes but not cleaning much or making a difference to the air.Can someone help me with the same product with their experience with cleaning?Thank you!

Dyson not sending exchange pure hot+cool

Hey everyone, seems like a lot of people have been frustrated with Dyson customer service as of late…looks like I’m joining the crowd. I sent in a faulty hot+cool fan for an approved exchange and the unit was received by Dyson on March 1. Was told 10-14 business days to receive replacement from that date. At the end of the month and still nothing to show with not even tracking info for the replacement unit. I’ve contacted the support multiple times promising a resolution in 24-48hrs with an email with my replacement order…NONE of this has happened. There is absolutely no customer service! Any advice?

PH04 problem with Deep clean button

I I bought the PH04 a week ago and while testing the features I pressed the deep clean button. Now that button won't turn off and shows 6,7,8 numbers on the water tank on the display.I probably started the deep cleaning process. Can I just cancel that process now or do I have to complete the deep clean process so that the button will stop lighting up and allow me to start the device

Unsure Of What To Do

We have had a Dyson humidifier/purifier/cool units for over three years now. The first unit stopped working within a month or two and was replaced. Since then, the replacement would work only for several months and then quit humidifying. It’s been in the area Dyson repair facility 4 or 5 times now. The last time, I paid about $180 for a fix that lasted only a month or so. I took it back about a month ago, heard nothing, went to the facility today and was told it couldn’t be fixed - no parts. What is my recourse? It was a good product when it worked, however short. I am certain not going to buy another given my experience. Suggestions?

Dyson Air Purifier Emits Smell and Irritates My Throat And Nose

Hi, I have a Dyson air purifier for about 3 years...no issues. Recently, I noticed that it has a funky smell coming out of where it blows air. The filters have a lot if life left. The past few nights I woke up with sore throat and stuffed nose which disappears after few hours. I will be contacting support soon but I wanted to hear if anyone has any ideas here. Thank you. I own 2 dyson cool humidifier and purifier ..in the first 2 years both were replaced related to water tank under warranty and now both units have oscilatting issues and are over by a few months of the warranty i have done all the possible solutions along with calling dyson and which they said bring in the machine to which is not a option because of the service location and i dont know what kind of money we are talking about..for the price i paid for these units they should not have issues will not buy again

Sweet Smell from New Air Purifier Filters

Hello, I have a problem with any air purifier filter I purchased from Dyson, and it’s driving me nuts! All of the filters produce this sweet yeast-like smell. The smell occurs immediately right out of the box and never goes away. It’s especially strong when the air purifier is on low (heat or no heat). I have two air purifiers HP01 Hot and Cold and P01 Pure Cool Me Air Purifier Fan and the issue is the same with both. I have had my HP01 air purifier for many years and the old filters (one purchased more than 2 years ago) never had this issue. Has Dyson changed their filters? I use a filter in my toddler’s room and am worried that this smell is harmful. What is causing this smell? Is it safe? The air never smells fresh!

Dysons Air Purification Range are missing a trick.

Good evening to the community, I don't know if this has been discussed before but the lack of Homekit integration with the Dyson purifier range is somewhat disappointing, the sensors / data is there as other Homekit bridges can bring this information across from the purifier to the home application but it unfortunately isn't native support, I'm sure other users who use the home application on iOS would like to see a feature update to their purifiers to be able to access the data and control the purifier from the home app, somehow the Siri shortcuts just don't give the same user experience as what this integration would! Anyone else's thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated! 👍

Dyson recall AM04 and AM05 again

The last version of this was closed yesterday! So to add to that I had to open this topic. Two points to add, firstly in Portugal the recall page leads you only to a phone number that doesnt work and secondly after going through customer support they claim there is nothing they can do as it is an old machine. Whe I pointed out that there was no time limit to the recall and that the recall page tells you to disconnect the device and call them, then clearly there is a disconnect between the safety need of fixing/taking these machines out of service and the ability of customer service to resolve. The CS team then came back offering a 25% discount off a new product. This was initially limited to exclude the latest products but otherwise seemed to apply to everything but when i said i would agree to the offer the discount became limited to the older range of vacuum cleaners. All a bit odd so would be grateful if someone could tell me what is actually done to resolve this?
