Skip to main content

There are two ways in which the machine’s filters can be reset:

  1. Through the MyDyson™️ app.
  2. Manually using the physical Remote;

Using the MyDyson™️ app

Once your machine is connected, navigate to the home-screen, selecting the ‘Settings’ icon in the top right, then select ‘Your machine’s settings’.

From here, navigate through to the ‘Air’ section and select ‘Filter management’.

On the next screen under the image of the filter(s), choose ‘Reset filter life’ and follow the on screen instructions.

To view instructions on how to ‘Reset filter life’ using the remote, press the setting icon in the top right, then select the ‘Using your machine’ option.

More information on connecting your machine to the MyDyson™️ app can be found on our ‘Connecting your Purifiers, Humidifiers and Heaters to the App’ article.

If through resetting the machines filter(s) using the MyDyson™️ app doesn’t reflect on the LCD screen, please continue to reset the filter(s) using the physical remote.

Using the physical Remote

To manually reset your machine’s filters using the remote control, please follow the below steps.
