Dyson Fan options language issue in Alexa iOS App

Good evening, Wondering if anyone has encountered the below issue.Options of my Dyson fans are showing in both English and Chinese/ Japanese in the iOS Alexa app. Images attached. Keyboard and Language on the device is set to English. Any help and support appreciated.

airflow direction in the alexa skill?

Feature Request: could the airflow direction be added to the Alexa skill? Context, I have a routine that I run which includes turning my HP07 on, enabling night and auto mode but I’d prefer it to reverse the airflow for bedtime as part of this which currently isn’t an option.  (Edited by moderator – Converted to Conversation and Tag(s) added)

How to setup multiple HP02s with Alexa?

I have successfully setup and am using Alexa voice control with my original HP02. I just bought a 2nd HP02 for another room and want to use Alexa there as well but cannot seem to figure out how to get Alexa to differentiate between two of the same HP02 devices. Would appreciate a step by step how to. Thank you in advance,(Edited by moderator – tags added)
