360 first cleaning, robot returned to base and started recharging. I took out the bin to empty, then replaced the bin and heard click. IOS app telling me that bin needed replacing, but LCD on robot showed charging. I reseated the bin again and now the app shows returning to start with arrow icon rotating. LCD shows charging…

How do I get the app to respond again?
