Afterpay and no product | Dyson Community

Has anyone experienced an issue with Dysons Afterpay? I placed an order on 11/25 and was charged through Afterpay but never received a confirmation or shipping notice through Dyson. Afterpay told me there is nothing they can do on their end as Dyson “collected the funds”.  Dyson has told me to wait 24-48 hours for information twice now, hoping for the best but worried I will not get my product OR my money back 😔. Anyone else have issues similar to this?
