I’ve been cleaning the filters but today it repeatedly kept failing. There are videos online showing how to take it apart for a deeper clean. What should I do? Please don’t point me to videos showing how to use the circular brush or how to clean the filters- I have done that.

If you’ve already tried cleaning the filter without success, you would need to talk to Dyson Customer Care in your region for further support.
