Help. I’ve been on the phone for an hour to get my return shipping label. It’s been 3 days since I received my return reference number. I called Customer Service and asked to send me the label. They sent a label from myself, to myself. Yep. Then I called again. This time, instead of receiving a shipping label, I received 2 codes to take to UPS. I don’t know what these codes are for. Pre-paid shipping? If these codes don’t work, I’m supposed to pay for the return myself, then get reimbursed from Dyson. I don’t even have an address for the return. I’m going to UPS now with the code...for kicks! But it’s not funny.

If I had to take a guess UPS will probably look the codes up in their system and find where it needs to go and who is paying for it. Otherwise it might be worth it to use the live chat as sometimes things can get lost in communication over the phone
