Challenges with Dyson Styler Return

Seeking advice on order return. Have been trying to return an order for 2 weeks. Requested a return twice but still haven't received any confirmation email. Any advice on reaching the contact center? Can I also process the return in-store? Tried to call few times but unsuccessful.
