Given my specific health needs, I urge you to consider offering me a replacement or providing an alternative solution. The current situation is untenable, and I feel that as a loyal customer, my health and needs should be taken into account when determining resolution.

 

I hope that Dyson will address this issue with the urgency it requires. Please let me know how you plan to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.
