Hi,

I am posting here as a last resort with no complaint contact or email address, my only option appears to be with the customer service phone number that my complaint is about. 
 

Long story (and familiar, looking at this forum) short, I have booked no less than four repair collections, none of them have been confirmed by email, none of them have turned up. The last couple of times I called I have asked them to PLEASE do something different, if we just do the same thing and rebook a collection that is not turning up, why would we expect a different outcome?

 

To try and save me going round in circles again, please can someone advise how to get this resolved? I am not getting anywhere calling the same customer service number. My repair references are:
