Cordless V12 Trade in promotion failure to send return labels

We bought a new V12 Absolute vacuum from Dyson with a £100 trade in promotion to return our old V8.  Despite 3 telephone calls and 2 online chats we have yet to receive an email with the promised return labels.  We have been assured that the email has been sent but 2 weeks later there is nothing.

I am now of the belief that this whole recycle and receive £100 cashback is a marketing scam, and the customer service which has on the whole been very polite is of little value when nothing that they tell you is actually being done.

Very disappointed with Dyson, their vacuum is great but I have no confidence in the company support.
