Dyson Airwrap Complete Long Australia to Philippines Compatibility

Hi. I just bought my Dyson Airwrap Complete Long in Australia. Just confirming that I can use it here in the Philippines since it’s within the voltage range of 110-240hz right? My dyson says it’s made in the Philippines though, but it’s from Australia 😊

Dual voltage rated applianceThis means that you will not need a converter or transformer but just a travel adaptor, because the Philippines operates on a 220V supply voltage, which is within the 110-240V range that the dual voltage appliance operates on.

Hi @Zhai,

The Dyson Airwrap™ multi-styler is not a dual-voltage machine, and will be made to run on the voltage of the country it’s sold in. We strongly recommend purchasing your machine in the country you intend to use it, to ensure we’re able to support you effectively in the event of a breakdown.

As both the Philippines and Australia share the same 220-240v voltage, your machine should work as expected.

Hope this helps!
