My animal 2 runs when turned on then stops the brush roller after about 1 foot. I thoroughly cleaned filters and the brush roller. (took the brush roller completely apart to clean ).

I took it to a shop today and they thought it might be wiring or the push buttons. So I left it to be examined .

I received a call say it was a damaged circuit board which would be very hard to replace as the part was not available. So it wasn’t worth it and should be trashed. Also that it was a company design flaw.

Help please! It is only 2 years old and has been used properly and well cared for. :(
