I’ve already changed the filter, reset it (by pressing 7 or so seconds on the power buton), unplugged it from the wall socket for 10 seconds, all in vain!
Help me please?!

Turn on power using the remote
Press cool (no oscillation)
Hold down power button for about 6 secs (display changes to a cross and disappears gradually.
It is important to note you want the machine on before you try to reset the filter life.
Since it does not want to go back on, I cannot reset it, but thx anyways…
It did go on briefly for a while when we changed rooms, but now it’s gone back t doing its old shenanigans. Oh well, I’m still hopeful that it’ll turn back on at some point to be able to reset it...
