Soo I decided to give my Dyson light ball multi floor corded vacuum a much needed deep clean. I took the bin cover off the cyclone part, and a black rubber string thing fell off, I just thought it was brittle and must have broken in half. Little did I know it was supposed to come off and wasn’t broken, but I had already thrown it! Now when I turn it on, it works but there is air coming from around the top part and it doesn’t suck anything up as good. What part do I need and do they even sell it ? :(

The only thing I could suggest would be purchasing a new cyclone assembly from either Dyson directly or eBay as you are most likely not going to be able to get just the seal. The seal is extremely important to the operation of the vacuum, as without it, air will completely bypass the cyclones and go straight out the top.
