Dyson Poland – No Delivery, No Refund, and No Response

I’m extremely frustrated with Dyson Poland’s customer service, and I need advice.

 

On February 10, 2025, I placed an order on dyson.pl for an air purifier and a lamp. The website promised 3-4 working days delivery, but it’s now February 24, and I still haven’t received my order.

 

After multiple attempts to contact customer support, Dyson Poland:

Gave me a tracking number but didn’t tell me where to use it.

Said their warehouse is in Germany, so they “can’t provide updates on my order.”

Refused to cancel my order and issue a refund.

Completely stopped responding to my messages.

 

At this point, I have no product, no money, and no real answers.

 

Has anyone else had similar issues with Dyson’s EU operations? What’s the best way to escalate this—should I reach out to Dyson’s central office, file a complaint with EU consumer protection, or request a chargeback from my bank?

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
