A Cleaner Head I bought last year was faulty and under guarantee. After nearly 2 months of it being out of stock Dyson admitted it’s no longer being made and won’t be in stock again. They issued a full refund on 6th February but I still haven’t received it. I have emailed and called, each time they say they’ll escalate but when I chase a few days later they say the case has been closed because the refund was issued, yet I have received nothing. What can I do? Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 they legally have to refund me but so far haven’t and never get back to me after these ‘escalations’.
