Dyson refund not received

A Cleaner Head I bought last year was faulty and under guarantee. After nearly 2 months of it being out of stock Dyson admitted it’s no longer being made and won’t be in stock again. They issued a full refund on 6th February but I still haven’t received it. I have emailed and called, each time they say they’ll escalate but when I chase a few days later they say the case has been closed because the refund was issued, yet I have received nothing. What can I do? Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 they legally have to refund me but so far haven’t and never get back to me after these ‘escalations’.

Unfortunately this is still not resolved. I am in email contact with support but it cycles between two responses, either escalation or paypal. The refund has been escalated 5 times and I’ve been told to check Paypal 3 times.

I’ve never heard back from an escalation, ever. And Paypal have confirmed the money is not with them. If I say I haven’t heard back from the escalation, the response is, they will escalate. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to progress this?
