On Dec 19, I received the email that my package was sent. On the 21st the GLS website said it was out for delivery. It stayed that way for 6 days. I contacted them multiple times and kept being told to wait 24 hours and I’d get an email with an update. That did not happen. I contacted Dyson customer support and the rep I spoke to kept telling me that I had to wait the 2-10 days to get my issue fixed even if has been out for delivery for 6 days. I had to ask to speak to a supervisor to get my issue partially resolved. The supervisor sent a request to GLS to return the package and was going to send me another package with UPS or FEDEX due to GLS being unreliable and not making any attempt to deliver my package.
I received the email on 27 Dec that my new product was sent… with GLS.
It has not moved from the first location it gets sent to from Dyson since then. I reached back out to Dyson about this and was told it was the shipping department and they have no say in how it is sent.
How can I get Dyson to fix this issue so I can recieve my package?
