Hello there. A month ago we bought a Dyson V11 absolute and after a couple of weeks while using the vacuum on a carpet, the steering elbow was automatically releasing as a result for me to clip it back on but it’s like it went loose and if you need to apply small pressure while on a carpet this part keeps releasing itself.
Any ideas on how to fix it? Is it covered by some kind of warranty? I bought the vacuum by a local retailer shop.
