I recently purchased a reconditioned SV16 V11 Outsize vacuum from Dyson Official Store on ebay. After searching the Dyson.com website I find no mention of this seller. The item was shipped to a wrong address even though I entered a delivery address during the checkout process but it was ignored. Now I am out $352.26 and no cleaner either. I have tried appealing to eBay with no luck.
