Has anyone had any success with customer service from Dyson?

I’ve been waiting for my Dyson coral to be replaced since I ordered an exchange a month ago! They collected my old machine within a week but after countless phone calls I cannot seem to get any answer where my new machine is? They said they have escalated the issue 7 days ago but I haven’t received any communication from them. 
 

Any advice where I can go from here? Daily phone calls get me nowhere ☹️
