Dyson’s customer service is awful. I sent in my corrale straightener in for an exchange sept 2024 followed their directions used their label only to be told the box did not contain the straightener when they received it. I asked them what it did contain and they could not tell me. I asked them if they had a video of whoever unboxed things and they said no. I most certainly put the not charging straightener in the box so where did it go? I called monthly for a while with no luck. This is soooo time consuming but it’s a $500 dollar straightener! I’ve not called in a while, who has time to call and hold for over an hour each time. I’m so sad about this as we have many Dyson products, but I would be very hesitant to purchase another.
Where is my straightener Dyson? This is wrong!!!!
