"What do you think about the Dyson products being bought en masse in Japan for the Mexican/Latin American market, even though Japan's voltage is 100 Volts and in Mexico it's 120 Volts? The support page states that they can be used in Canada, Japan, Mexico, Taiwan, and the USA."

Hi
Thanks for your question!
We advise against buying a Dyson machine from one country for use in another country. We can’t ensure it will perform as intended, and we don't offer an international guarantee - it can become very difficult for us to offer you support in the event of a breakdown. This could result in you needing to return the machine to the country of purchase at your own cost for repair.

Hope this helps!
