Getting frustrated now on my 6th Dyson PH04 fan

Yes on my 6th one in just under 2 weeks is there some major flaw in this model first fan humidifier didn’t work second unit came damaged and the 3rd 4th and 5th and 6 one came marked inside the machine filter area on plastic and on the base of the unit inside where the water tank sits and on the top of the main water tank lid marked and scratched do these machines get quality controlled inspected or checked before they leave the factory ? Because I’m not having a good experience at all I’ve asked this to be escalated now to a supervisor yes I’m not going to see inside the machine but for a £700 fan there needs to be some sort of quality control 

but every time I take the water tank out I’m reminded of a big mark on the white lid it’s like a black streak mark shocking really

This is just getting beyond ridiculous now 7th replacement machine don’t they get checked before leaving the factory!!!!!!!

To be honest on this thread I would reach out with the requested information that Jack is asking you for, I was worried at first but he helped point me in the wrong direction and even though I've still got an issue he remains articulate in getting the relevant team to reach out to me. 

Honestly rather than waiting for something on here like I did I eventually got more help working with Dyson to find a resolution instead of against
