I have a Dyson v11 torque + I recently took the battery off of the Dyson body when it was charging. Now when I go to put it back, it won’t stay on and won’t even click into place. I can hold it on but when I stop holding it together it falls apart. What should I do? 

@OliviaNorquist Thanks for the post, if you can’t be it to connect, I’d look into replacing the “main body cyclone” (local support can guide you to the correct part for your model).
