How can I claim against my product guarantee?

Hello,

I was told at a Dyson service center that I have 1 month left on my warranty for a v10 vacuum and to compelte my repair, i could use my warranty to get parts for free. However, after registering my machine, i am unable to see any free parts. They all still available for purchase only. I would look into this in more detail, but I was hoping to get a quicker resolution here because my schedule has been difficult lately.

Hi. 

All warranty/guarantee claims need to be made directly with Dyson. One of their customer service representatives will assess the claim and if valid, offer a replacement part within the terms of the cover. 

Parts cannot be ordered through their online service as a claimed for item. I imagine this is done purposely to stop those individual that may abuse or over claim. Ordering parts which have not yet failed or storing parts to re-sell. 

You’ll need to contact Dyson via the Telephone or Messaging Service to make a claim.
