How the heck do i get customer service on the line?

Hey all, love my dyson but I sent it in for repair and I never heard back its been almost a month . So I have a lost vacuum and I can't get in contact with anyone. It's really sad as these are supposed to be like the best vacuums out there but what is up with the customer service?
