All references to the Dyson support line point to an invalid phone number (including on the Dyson website). Their chat app on their website says "sorry no agents available". Wow, I've never seen anything like this!
My fairly new (about 6 months old) Dyson suddenly stopped working a couple of months ago -- it runs for about 2-3 seconds then shuts off. I see lots of complaints on this from online forums from other people who have run into the same issue. Seems to be related to faulty batteries. But I can't even get in touch with their support!
