I have had an absolute nightmare with customer services how do I formally complain in writing to Dyson ?

Thankyou yes repair booked however still don’t understand how it’s the wrong serial number.

If your machine’s serial number was showing as registered to someone else, it’s very possible another customer accidentally mistyped a digit of their serial own number when registering, and input yours instead.
