Hi

We purchased a Huerist 360 robot hoover via Ebay from Japan as the UK no longer had this model available, when it arrived the charger had a 2 pin japanese plug type charger..

The information sticker states 100v - 230 on the charger which suggests it is universal.

CAN ANYONE CONFIRM THIS PLEASE?

I HAVE CONTACTED DYSON CUSTOMER SERVICE three times and had conflicting information offered! Yes you can and no you cannot?

I do not want to blow the thing up due to this issue.

Officially, Dyson wouldn’t recommend using their products outside of the country it was sold it. However, if you can get your hands on a local charger, you should be fine. it isn’t powered, rather charged. I’d treat it like the response they have against their Cordless vacuums.

Can I use my Cordless vacuum cleaner abroad/overseas?

Hope this helps 😎
