My Dyson Login - Password Reset Issue

I have been maintaining My Dyson account for about one year. All of a sudden, my user name or my password is not recognized.I attempted to reset the password, but it was only unsuccessful. Money Back Guarantee Issue - 90 days

I contacted Dyson via Whatsapp on Nov 25th with regards to Black Friday Promotions, and was informed of a 90 days money back guarantee. I gave it to my wife on her birthday on Jan 30th, but unfortunately she didn’t get on with it. Today when I contacted Dyson for a refund, I was told that the 90 days period has expired, when it clearly has not (it has been 81 days since Nov 25th). I’m struggling to understand how Dyson is calculating the number of days since purchase (how is it 90 days from Nov 25 to Jan 25)? (Moderation edit - Personal details removed)

Broken flexible tube in head

Flexible ribbed tube from rigid hose to the head is broken. ID on head is D1 07-3380.Vacuum cleaner is Dyson gold top barrel, which still has full suction down tubes but none through head.Where can I get a replacement head for mine please? (Moderation Edit - Tags added)

Help - My Dyson order keeps being cancelled

So i went to purchase my Dyson Airwrap on the website and Everything was fine and then they sent me an email saying the order was canceled, due to the product not being in stock. So i contacted support and they told me it was saying it wasn’t in stock but that they had a different style in stock. I had them reorder it for me and then i thought everything was good. A few minutes later i got another email saying the same thing. So now i’m confused as to why they’re saying it’s not in stock. I called customer service and they told me the order was actually still in pending status. Well they charged my card and everything and now i’m unsure if i’m even going to get the product and i’m seeing on here that it takes forever to get a response from dyson. Retailer Contact - Registering Processes

Hey, I purchased a V15 from my local Appliance shop. I was having issues registering my product online due to incomplete serial number and was told to go directly back to the store I purchased it from. I called, then emailed a copy of my serial number and order details. After a few days the store emailed me confirming that the serial number was all sorted. They also sent me through the Chat transcript between them and Dyson Live Chat, it has all my personal details. Is the appliance store allowed to do this? Dyson Norway - Order still not arrived after 2 months. Terrible customer service.

I ordered a vacuum from Dyson’s Norwegian website on 28th November last year.We received a confirmation email from Dyson saying our order had been sent on the 30th November. This was clearly not true as we received two more emails 2 weeks later saying it was taking longer than expected to send our orders. Not good but OK, it’s Christmas. Delays can happen. We were told it would definitely be shipped in a week. A week went by and nothing. We did not receive any tracking number or anything useful.After eventually receiving a tracking number the package never seemed to move and did not have an estimated delivery date. Customer service is comprised of people who clearly have no power to do anything and that do not even check status or read previous chat logs. Using the WeChat contact (As there is no phone number to contact Dyson Norway), I was constantly told they will open an investigation. The first time they said it will take 3 days, fair enough. Of course after 3 days, no contact. I c

Sustainability of Dyson

Hi, I could not find any Dyson sustainability report. Have I just overseen it or is there really no report of Dyson to that topic? What is Dyson doing in that regard except their award? Especially for climate protection. What kind of energy do they use for electricity, production, heating their buildings, transportation, etc.?

DPD couldn't delivery my order - What can I do?

I’m having an almost identical experience as this post Order Lost with DPD claiming they couldn’t deliver a click-and-collect order to a post office, and then Dyson support being essentially non-existent and not doing what they say they will.I’m massively unimpressed. Tips for getting machine back from service center?

I dropped off my slim ball vacuum at the closest service center to me for a cracked hose on 11/8/22. They told me it would be repaired in 2 weeks. My repair status has not changed at all as of today, it still says “new”. The service center doesn’t answer the phone, they don’t respond to emails and when I tried chatting with dysons help desk about it they told me they can’t do anything because I “walked in” despite having a repair number generated through dysons system. Does anyone know how to reach them short of going in person? I live about an hour away (Edited by moderator – Tag added)

Customer Support Not Efficient at all

So I placed an order on Cyber Monday. There was a problem with the discount code. I called twice Dyson support two weeks ago. They promised they would deal with the problem and I would receive an email within 24-48 hours. Two weeks have passed and there has no response at all. It’s such as waste of customer’s time.

Customer service in Italy - Delivery help

Hi to all, this Is my first post here and sorry if my question is offtopic here. I have a problem about the customer service in Italy. The 28/11/2022 i bought a Dyson V8 on the Dyson site. I have filled correctly all info about shipment, but strangly UPS say that miss a house number in the delivery address. I have contacted the customer service in Italy, but they tell me that I need to contact UPS ti correct the address. I have tell to Dyson customer service that is not my problem if in the UPS delivery address miss the house number, and i have request that Dyson must call UPS to correct the delivery address, but the customer service tell me that is not a Dyson problem and that they can't contact UPS. I not want to call UPS, Is not my business or i wrong?There Is a way to contact someone that control the customer service in Italy? I want to know why some people in the customer service ignore my request and not respond to my WhatsApp messages, also i want to know if it's a customer prob

Dyson Shipping Concerns

I’ve owned several Dyson's over the years and have always bought them at brick and mortar stores. I decided to buy directly from Dyson last month, and boy do I regret that, and after some research this has been a major issue with Dyson. I ordered my new Dyson on Nov 30, and of course right off the bat something seemed off, as it said my delivery would be the next day. As I suspected that was not the case, and then since my Dyson came with free additional tools both the Dyson and the tool kits were shipped separately, and by two different companies, another red flag.The tools seemed to be making its way but all of a sudden no more updates. The vacuum itself never got shipped. Just a label created that's it. Contacting Dyson, I assumed would be easy. No. I had to call wait like an hour to talk to someone, while in the meantime I was using a chat feature. The chat person told me to wait another 4 more days, and so did the person on the phone. Lied to By Customer Service

After the debacle of the defective $500 vacuum, I am currently embroiled in the return farce. I was sent a return label for the suckless vacuum, and promptly boxed the useless lump of cheap plastic back up. Upon reading the label, I learned that it was my responsibility to drive to the nearest UPS dropoff point, or schedule pickup at MY COST!I have no intention of doing either. The nearest dropoff is 30 minutes away. That’s a total of an hour driving with petrol costs being north of $4 a gallon. To have UPS pick up the heaping pile of trash would cost me $20. NOPE!So I chatted with a CSR, who’s name I can’t mention here because of reasons, and that representative promised me that there was a pickup scheduled, gave me a number for UPS to verify and sent me on my way. NOPE AGAIN!The number he gave was wrong, and when I contacted UPS they did not have a pickup scheduled. This is absolutely ridiculous. (Edited by moderator - Removed personal data)

Strange Called ID appearing on call back

Hi All,I noticed yesterday when I contacted support and booked a callback as they were busy that the callback appeared on my phone from “GB Competitions” rather than from Dyson. I was a tad worried that I was going to be spending £319 for a new vacuum cleaner and the call wasn’t from Dyson. Didn’t inspire me with confidence. Has anyone else noticed this?
