airwrap filter still failing after cleaning

I’ve been cleaning the filters but today it repeatedly kept failing. There are videos online showing how to take it apart for a deeper clean. What should I do? Please don’t point me to videos showing how to use the circular brush or how to clean the filters- I have done that.

LOST PACKAGE - Dyson is no help

I placed an order with Dyson on 2.10.24. It was shipped and a tracking number was assigned. It never showed up. UPS lost the package. Any other time this has happened to me with any other company, they have wanted to make it right and taken on the responsibility. Not Dyson. It is my responsibility for some reason to file a claim with UPS, which I did. I worked with UPS and they reviewed and decided the package was indeed LOST. It has now been weeks of me reaching out to Dyson every day. I can’t get anyone on the phone and the chat and email have been no help. Just a lot of sorry we will get this sorted out but no actual help or answers or a timeline on this. I am not even asking for a refund. I just want the vacuum I ordered over a month ago. How hard is it to send me out a new vacuum and then sort this out internally? Worst experience with customer service by far. I see that I am not alone and this seems to be a normal thing for Dyson.

Vacuum V15 keeps turning off several times

Hi,I have my V15 for less than a year. In the past weeks it started to switch off every time I use it.After few seconds it turns off, it does this 3 or 4 times and then it works just fine.I clean the filter regulartly, it looks very clean. I also fully cleaned the dust bin. Nothing really helps.I don’t think its a problem with the filter and not the battery either since its quite new.There are no error messages on the display. What to do next. I don’t really want to buy a new battery or filter to find out that it doesn’t fix the problem.

Hi. When will the Dyson Airstrait in Prussian Blue / Copper be availble in UK. It’s been out of stock for weeks. It was available in this colour scheme for about the 1st week of launch, and has been unavailable ever since. Do Dyson have a date when this will be back in stock and available to purchase please.

my dyson fan pure cool machine tells me that the air in my room is in the severe range.

Even though I have changed the filter in my fan and followed the deep clean schedule, it shows on the app that my air quality is in the severe range. I haven’t been able to find any way to reset it and get an accurate reading of the air quality. There is absolutely no reason for it to be reading the air as severe. I’ve tried moving it from room to room, and also taking it to my patio, and it gives the same reading wherever it is. Does anyone have any ideas on why it’s doing this and what I can do to fix it?

Dyson V8 Vacuum Sucks Too Hard On a Rug

Hi, We have just received a Dyson V8 vacuum as a wedding gift, it works great on our hardwood floors, however we have a relatively thin (1/8’’) rug that the motorhead attachment gets completely stuck on. From research it seems that the vacuum is sucking too hard and that maybe not enough airflow is getting in to the vacuum so it stops completely. I have tried calling customer support, but is there an easy fix for this? unfortunately both suction modes do not work. If there is a different attachment we could buy to make it work that would work as well.

Dyson Outsize Wall Mount

Just bought the Dyson Outsize last week for my new home. I installed the wall mount by following the instructions & video and the top screw is not secure. It moves side to side but cannot go in any further or else it will damage the plastic mount. Once the vacuum is on the mount it pulls it off 1 or 2 mm from the wall. Is this normal? I’m worried one of these days it's going to come crashing down… Photo attached! Thanks!

logging a complaint

I have been waiting for a hoover part for the last 4 weeks and the reason I have not received this item is due to Dyson cancelling the order and then reordering the item delaying the process . They say it a glitch ( not believing the excuse) , I am on my 3rd order number and I don’t have any hope this will be dispatched anytime soon . I have logged a complaint via their webchat which is dubious to say the least. I work in customer service and to not have a point of contact via email to register complaints and concerns is unacceptable. Dyson take note you must do better if you want to keep your reputation.

Dyson V15 Absolute Detect - Irritating Throat & Nose

I got my V15 a few weeks ago and absolutely love it; however, it seems to be causing some irritation when I use it - the back of my throat gets scratchy and my nasal passage gets irritated/inflamed feeling.  This is my 3rd Dyson (and nicest) and I’ve never had this issue before, nor with the cheap Shark it is replacing.  My concern is that something is wrong with the filtration (I am very allergic to dust mites and a little allergic to my cat, so HEPA is crucial).  I believe the HEPA on the V15 is supposed to be top notch.  But it doesn’t set off my air purifier sensor (auto mode) when I run it in the same room.  Anybody have any thoughts?  Not sure if I need to return it or what.

HELP - my order keeps getting cancelled

I’ve been trying to order the ‘Large Round Volumizing brush’ for a while now and for some reason every time I place the order a few days later it gets cancelled. I get an email saying “your card was authorized, but Dyson hasn’t taken payment”. I’ve already talked with customer support and they weren’t able to help me so I don’t know what else to do. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a way I can actually get the brush, because it seems impossible.

Why can't I get support on my product warranty?

I have submitted requests via chat and email and not received a single response.  In fact, the community post that I submitted on this same topic, 2 weeks ago has been deleted.   I bought a V12 Slim in August of 2023 and the charging station no longer works.  Rather than get support from Dyson, I have not received ANY response via Chat, Email or the Community.  How and why is this possible?  I guess my next step is the Better Business Bureau.  It’s a shame.

Hair look damaged after using Airstrait

I have been using Airstrait for a few weeks and one thing that I don't like at all is that is makes my tips look too damaged. I do have some split ends but they are so much more visible after using Airstrait than my usual Cloud9/GHD hair straightener. I'm using heat protectant before every use. Also the hair starts to curl within a few hours and the look don't even stay for full day. I have watched so many videos and tried everything but the results are still same. I have naturally wavy hair. Is anyone else experiencing this? I'm confused if I should keep it or return.

ITEM LOST IN THE MAIL AND REFUND PENDING FOR 1 MONTH

On November 24, I ordered an Airwrap with the discount for Black Friday, for a Christimas gift. After 1 month Im still watiing for the item or the refund of the money. Nobody could understand what is going on, the item was lost and UPS confirmed that they delivered the item in other place and gave me the confirmation and the address, however Dyson Co dont want to believe in that information and 1 month later Im still waiting for a response. 2 weeks ago I requested a cancelation and Ive been told for more than 2 weeks that I will receive it in 48 hrs, the same exactly excuse for 2 weeks, and never is true. Im still waiting at least for a cancelation and always received different excuses. Investigation finished from UPS, what is Dyson waiting? How could be possible that this happens with a company like Dyson, How could be possible that they pretend to have the customer waiting for a refund for an Item that was paid and never receive and confirmed by the shipping company? Hi. I have a Dyson V15 detect absolute. Got an issue at the moment where every time I go to use it, it cuts out for a few seconds, usually 3 times and then it starts to work ok. Iv done all the usual, cleaned the filter, checked for blockages and recharged the batteries but it’s now spotless and I’m having the same issues. Any ideas? There are no messages or warnings on the display other than normal battery level.

Terrible customer service

Just wanted to come on here and share the lack of customer service that Dyson provides in which I’m sure many can relate to. You spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars just to receive back and forth answers, lies, and no resolution. I recently placed an order on 3/2 for the package to be MIA as of 3/8.. what do I do ? Call Dyson “Customer Service” what do I get ? People who don’t understand what I’m saying and lack of communication. I was told my device never left the warehouse ( it did, I had a tracking number) to then tell me that they will push for it to leave in which I had to explain SEVERAL times that wasn’t the case. After idk 10 calls and no answers and 16 days later I have yet to have my product and been told to wait another 10 + days to hear back about a claim from UPS. I have asked for managers over and over been told they would call me. NEVER HAVE. Was told that UPS is the problem not them so there is nothing they can do.. do your selves a favor and order from Amazon, or Be

faulty straigtner battery

I am absolutely disgusted with the quality of  Dyson straighteners. I have only had mine 2.5 years and the battery has been slowly dying over the last couple of month, I had a ‘chat’ with Dyson last week who were adamant that there was nothing they could do aside from charge me £100 to get it repaired or replaced or offer me 25% off if I bought another, which is an insult. Having already spent a considerable amount of money to buy it in the first place, I am not prepared to waste any more money on this product. Towards the end of my ‘chat’ the customer service person agreed to Dyson ‘ having a look at it’ It was collected and I’ve now had emails saying it is not even repairable- Dyson must be aware of the faults with their product as there are many forums where people are complaining about the quality, batteries dying and many more. It’s disgraceful that Dyson are happy to sell these straightener at the price they do, knowing full well they are likely to fail in one way or another. I a

power-head fixes

Is there anyone who has been able to create a fix for the outer beater bar bushings ?There's a spring on each side that's easy to lose & if there's any other bushing parts I've lost them & need to create something to stabilize the brush bar, if I can I can keep using what has been a great vacuum.

Never Order from Dyson.com; waste of time and money

I had placed an online order through Dyson’s website for Dyson’s AirWrap and AirStraight combo during Valentine’s Day Promo 2024. I only received AirStraight in the shipment and AirWrap is missing. It’s been over a month and Dyson still doest not have a resolution for my case. Every time I call Dyson they request me to give me them some more time to investigate. They don’t call back to provide updates on the case. It’s been a nightmare dealing with Dyson. Worst Customer service ever. I  am going to open a case with FTC and also at my states consumer protection division
