Dyson delivery - UPS - Terrible experience. Pease help!

I am just baffled by the level of utter inefficiency and incompetence at Dyson. Where to begin: My order number is (Removed sensitive information). I received my UPS tracking number(Removed sensitive information) that showed delivered on the 06/26/23, but I never received my machine, so I call Dyson asking for assistance on 06/28/23. That was my first call and after that I called several times (in total 10 times) for the update on the same issues, still the issue is pending. In every call some new representative come and never able to give me any specific answers or able to resolve my concerns. They were all trying to just dodging calls. After my second call I asked for their supervisor, but they never transferred my calls to supervisors. In my 5th called they told me to call the UPS so I called the UPS and they issued the claim for the same and they approved the claim on 07/10/23 and still Dyson failed to refund me my money. Problem with a courier collection

I have paid £80 for a repair for my Dyson Airwrap as it is out of warranty, I received an email for the receipt and notification of a courier that should have collected it last week, it has never been collected. I stayed in all day and nothing! Dyson say the courier should contact me…but I’ve heard nothing…I have tried to contact Dyson so many times and keep failing. Can anyone help me on here??

Is it possible to travel with a Dyson airwrap in my carry-on baggage between European countries? Will I get any trouble in security checkpoints because of the Dyson airwrap size?

hairdryer cuts off

Is it worth paying £99 to have dyson fix my hairdryer or will I just get an electrician to do it as its the power cord...I rang to book a repair he quickly took my name and address that was it didn't tell me what to enclose when  sending it bk or anything, didn't even ask serial number

Gen5 dustbin stuck in closed position

Hello hello!I’m a relative new owner of a gen5 detect Dyson, and after about 2 months of use I decided to give it a clean. Thus I proceed to remove the dustbin, and give it a good clean.So after all the work, I decided to reinstall the bin and give it a few back and forth using the red lever in order to see if I installed it properly. Well, to my surprise, it seems now that I cannot open it without using brute force(which I am afraid not to break it) The questions is now..what can I do to unblock the dustbin so I can re-use my dyson. cheers!Cristian

No refund after 8 months - what else can I do?

I ordered a vacuum in November 2023. I never received it. UPS returned it to Dyson immediately. I didn’t get an auto refund or a new machine. I called customer support and they confirmed UPS returned the vacuum and promised to send a new one to a different address, more than one time. I never got any confirmation emails. And whenever I email them I usually get a response saying they are too busy to respond, or they say they are looking into my order.  Now, after many hours on the phone with Dyson reps, over many months, I’m told that my return was more than 6 months ago, so UPS has no records going back that far. They have to check with the warehouse and they can’t make a refund until their warehouse confirms they have the machine. This was 16 days ago and there is still no response. I’m afraid I will never get a refund. Does anyone have any tips on how to get a refund? My order # is 1648945516

Dyson Customer Support Review

So what? Dyson has the worst customer support of all time? We bought at $500 hairdryer, and are in a four hour rabbit hole trying to replace it, despite active warranty and proof of purchase. It’s almost as if the system is designed to make warranty claims impossible.They do not print the serial numbers directly on the products, in spite of the products costing upwards of $500.  They do this presumably so they can make your warranty request very difficult if you cut off the serial number tag or lose the box, which is easy to do. I cut off the tag because it’s ugly, and who keeps old cardboard boxes? I have $10,000 of music equipment, all with serial numbers printed directly on the products, so it’s weird they don’t do it. I see making processing warranty claims difficult as the only possible explanation I have spent 4 hours total calling different reps, submitting emails to an escalated “review team” receiving no responses, and am on another 45 minute phone call to follow upThis is una

Ho do you commutate with Dyson

I have been trying to commutate with dyson, their commutate is very good at collection your information but I have no idea if they have passed on my problem to the other support teams, and they cannot say. I can only log another call. they are happy to send me a new machine but unable to say if the call had been reported to the s/w team. It seems such a waste of money. There seems to be no procedure.

Dyson V12 Detect Slim Absolute Cordless Vacuum Cleaner blockage constantly

I keep getting blockage detected even after cleaning everything.  It’s a complete nightmare after only one or 2 uses.  Its not heavy dirt, regular dust and hair.  This unit is not fit for purpose and I’m appalled after spending so much money on this unit.  I’ve had a dyson before and was quite happy apart from the battery degradation, which pretty much forced me to buy a new one.  How can I get my money back or some kind of satisfaction.  I spent more time this morning trying to clear these ‘blockages’ than getting my floor clean, which it isn’t still, back to a handbrush!

AM07 no power problem

Turned my AM07 fan on and ran fine for about 10 minutes then it just stopped as though no power was getting to it. Tried to restart but no good even from remote and also after changing the batteries on the plug and remote.  Any ideas most welcomecould it be the pcb at fault.  Have contacted digital assistant and phoned customer services and did all the basic checks several times with no joy and asked to speak to a technician but would not allow me but say I can pay £99 to get it fixed.  Has anyone had this power problem?  Thanks

TP07 air flow

Have had a Dyson fan for years and love it. Bought a new one recently and boy oh boy, there is no comparison regarding the air flow. New fan just doesn’t put out much air. Disappointed.  Curious if others have noticed this. Maybe the air purifier has something to do with it.Anyway it’s not up to par with my old fan.

Affiliate Program - Request

Does Dyson offer an Affiliate Program in USA? I am a salon owner who uses the Supersonic blow dryer on all of my clients. I am always asked if I have a code so they can use at home, so I’d like to be able to offer one.

TP09 not following schedule

I have set a schedule in the my dyson app for the the TP09. On every day at a certain time, and off by 20:45. The schedule has been switched on after adding the event in the app. However, it doesn’t turn off at the expected time? It seems to keep running, with the screen on. Does the app actually need to be running on the phone for this to work after it s set up? Where does it actually set the schedule when you do that through the app? Does the app trigger it at the required time, does it do it as a background task, does it set something on the TP09 itself so it does it.

Worst customer service ever, never buying Dyson again

I purchased a hair dryer and it stopped working. They replaced it and this one stopped working after sparking and blowing out the power in my house.  I needed to call an electrician to repair the issue.  I have call 4 times to resolve the issue with the blow dryer and still have no response.  I have received 3 case#s and I am told someone will contact me in 24-48 hours.  I called in 6/26, 7/2, 7/8 and 7/11.  On 711 I asked to speak to manager and now I have to wait to see if they will call me.  I doubt it.  They also now say it can take 10 days for my case to reviewed.  I don’t believe anything they say.  I think they just have a script and don’t know how to resolve any issues.  I have not such bad service from any company in the past.  I also have a Dyson vacuum but I will never buy another Dyson product again due to such poor service and quality of their hair dryers.

Can I make these attachments work with my V10?

These were advertised as attachments for a Cyclone V10 Animal, but they are not locking into my machine because it appears the red connector button is missing. Is this something that can be fixed or are these parts not compatible with my vacuum? Is the problem that they actually for a different vacuum or that they not genuine parts?

Can’t get my £100 recycling credit!

Is anyone else experiencing the same problem as me.The problem I have is that Dyson cannot see my order number for my new machine on their system as they seem to have 2 systems (1 old and 1 new).The customer care team can only see the new system, so when I speak to them, and believe me I have on numerous occasions, they can’t see my new machine, so they can’t issue the £100,This problem started with Dyson NOT sending me the return label as they couldn’t find my order number and after at least 12 phone calls this was finally resolved by a manager (Obed Canales) who escalated the problem to the back office team and I finally got the label to enabled me to send off my old machine. Unfortunately they haven’t resolved the problem of me being on the wrong system, so the problem still persists and I’m no closer to getting my £100. After another 2 phone calls today, the first lasting 15 minutes, then the cut me off and the second lasted 25 minutes, resulted in Rodrigo assuring me that he has e

terrible return and customer service

About 5 weeks ago I bought the Dyson from the German website dyson.de and when it arrived after a week it was broken or better to say it was kind of used. For 4 weeks now I have been waiting for them to send me an e-mail to make the change, I keep calling and they tell me that they can't do anything because they have a long delay. Today I sent it back and asked for my money, because the company does not take its customers seriously. Let's see how long it will take until I get my money back. I am really disappointed.

Bait and switch?

Hey Dyson familyIn my attempts to join the family, I did a search on the Dyson website to see which vacuum would fit me best, this is what came up, time stamped at 12:30pm(EST)- I have a screenshot of the timestamp too.When I put it in the cart to purchase the price changed but it would continue to say you’ll see the discount at checkout, which I did not, so I reached out via chat to customer service and explained the issue, he proceeded to tell me that there was a glitch in the system and unfortunately that wasn’t the price. My response to him was -well that’s the price it was offered to me on your website so I think you need to honor that price, the glitch is not a me problem it’s a you problem needless to say by 2:30pm(EST) that glitch has since been corrected. But I’m just curious what you all think -I think the original discounted price should be honored since that’s what I was offered whether it was a glitch or not.

No access to email used in app…what now?

I signed up several years ago with an email address I no longer have access to.  I was able to still use the app because I had the password saved in my keychain, but now that I have a new phone, it’s asking for a code sent to the old email address.  If I can’t get into the app, how can I change my email address?

Escalating customer-service issue

Hi,My 10-month old Dyson vac has broken. The spare part is not currently available. The only option offered by customer care is an alert to tell me when the spare part is in stock, at which point I have to contact Dyson and place an order for the spare part. So plenty of work on my side, and while I wait I have no vacuum.If I had bought the vacuum through a reputable retailer they would just replace the whole unit. (Going by my past experiences with Fisher & Paykal and Miele, other ‘premium’ household appliance brands would do this if I had bought direct from them.)Is there a way to raise this ‘higher up’ with Dyson with someone who has the authority to do the right thing and send me a replacement vacuum? Seth

Dyson V12 defect!

Right after i started using my Dyson v12 detect slim (purchased on April 2024) it started saying the filter needed cleaning literally after every use. Whenever i start using it, after 5 to 10 minutes, the message filter needs cleaning appears. I cleaned the filter as instructed over and over and still got the same message. The filter message has been doing that for a while, I replace with a clean filter, and the message stays coming up, then randomly after a few uses goes off again.  Doing this on boost, eco and normal mode.I contacted Dyson customer support SA team who instigated videos and photos, they asked me to remove the filter, this is the filter I had changed to a clean one about an hour before and had subsequently only hoovered up a couple of areas, nothing heavy at all and the filter was according to them filthy and needed cleaning. I don’t understand how the filter was like it was, given it was clean on an hour before and I’d done minimal hoovering since. It’s a fine grey du
