Can I change an order after I've placed it?

Hello, I just ordered the product pictured below from you.  transfer was made and I thought there were other things on the list.  Can I still change the product I want for this price?  I made a mistake and I would like to receive the whole set and not just the curling iron. (Moderation Edit - Tags Added)

Poor Customer Experience

I have done a lot of business with Dyson over the years having purchased hair dryers, styling tools, air humidifier/purifier’s, and many, many vacuums. I have never returned a product, ever. I had purchased two vacuums to give as Christmas gifts along with two docking systems.The products were delayed, delayed, and delayed, even though I ordered them in November. Needless to say they did not arrive in time for the Christmas holiday. My delivery arrived sometime in January and Dyson sent the wrong docking systems. Unfortunately, my mother had to have emergency surgery in January..with that said I was not able to open the docking systems until most recently and it was then that I recognized that Dyson shipped me the incorrect products. I contacted Dyson to see if I could return the two docking systems as they were still in the box, and as I was not looking for my money back, but instead a credit to use back at Dyson..I could not believe how I was treated.It took five phone calls to Dyson

Dyson Korean Service Centres Feedback

I live in Seoul, South Korea. I have used the Dyson service centers here for repairs but it has been terrible. The service centers have been outsourced so they are not operated, or managed by Dyson. There is a Dyson phone center which connects you to the outsourced service centers. However, other than transferring your call, Dyson is unable to help you in any other way.  Dyson is unable to answer questions about the repair service, or even the service centers themselves.I have been to the outsourced service centers and it has been a terrible experience. The service is extremely poor, they have been dishonest about quotes, they will not give you a date by which you can expect repairs to be done unless you push them. In my case, when I asked when the repairs would be done, the technician simply said “I don’t know”.I’m wondering if Dyson has the same model of outsourcing service centers in other countries or is this unique to Korea? I’m looking forward to hearing about Dyson repair servic

I bought the air purifier and less than 24 hrs the price dropped - How can I get a refund?

I bought this on the Malaysian website on the 6th March and the price was dropped from RM2899 to RM1799 and have been trying to get a refund or return the goo#ds but all I have been getting is a standard answer, it seems Dyson does not care as much as they claim to have a great customer relationship, I asked to escalate if she could not give me a better answer and put herself into my shoes. (Moderation Edit - Tags Added)

Negative experience with PayPal - I do not recommend using it!

It seems that Dyson in 2023 although having PayPal plastered on the payment page. If you attempt to use pay in 3 Dyson will NOT confirm the order correctly and you never receive the product and payment never happens. Even thought you have confirmation from PayPal AND Dyson sitting in your email. Just wasted 3 days and 2 attempted orders to figure this out for them. Terrible service again. I was only trying to buy a replacement vacuum. The same one that I already have that fell apart after 2 years with poor quality plastics breaking in lots of areas. Dyson CPAP/BiPAP Design Challenge

It is my humble opinion that the lack of a Dyson CPAP/BiPAP on the world market is a mistake.During the Pandemic, Dyson and other companies rallied to produce respirators to alleviate the shortages at hospitals around the world. CPAP’s are similar machines that were in some cases able to be repurposed into respirators themselves.This forum’s purpose is to convince Mr. Dyson and his company that there is a need for his brand of innovation and a huge demand for these devices so that the world may finally rest easy!Please reply with your messages of support; what you like and dislike about your current/past CPAP machines, and what you want to see in a Dyson CPAP.

Dyson made it so hard to return, and it takes forever to get a response

I submitted a return request on 2/18, and I haven't heard back from Dyson since then. The email said it takes up to 48 hrs to process and I will get a response from Dyson, but now it has been DAYS and no response yet for my return request. Dyson did a good job of being silent. I have also been trying to call via the phone but my call just got hang up automatically after a few miniutes! It is such a waste of time! If Dyson does not improve their customer support, there is no reason for me to keep buying Dyson products any more because it is just a bad experience and a big pain to go through supporgt and post-order service.

dyson not working in the US

So I actually need some helpi have a Dyson that I have purchased in india and now I have completely shifted to the US. Unfortunately the Dyson isn’t working here and I know it’s due to the voltage issues. I spoke to the customer care and they instructed me to visit any nearby Dyson show room and that they would help me trade it. But they instead told me that they stopped doing the trade option since 2020. So I am just stuck with the most expensive product without even using it. so please you guys help me out with some or the other option.

App feature request / idea

Money Back Guarantee Issue - 90 days

I contacted Dyson via Whatsapp on Nov 25th with regards to Black Friday Promotions, and was informed of a 90 days money back guarantee. I gave it to my wife on her birthday on Jan 30th, but unfortunately she didn’t get on with it. Today when I contacted Dyson for a refund, I was told that the 90 days period has expired, when it clearly has not (it has been 81 days since Nov 25th). I’m struggling to understand how Dyson is calculating the number of days since purchase (how is it 90 days from Nov 25 to Jan 25)? (Moderation edit - Personal details removed)

Broken flexible tube in head

Flexible ribbed tube from rigid hose to the head is broken. ID on head is D1 07-3380.Vacuum cleaner is Dyson gold top barrel, which still has full suction down tubes but none through head.Where can I get a replacement head for mine please? (Moderation Edit - Tags added)

Help - My Dyson order keeps being cancelled

So i went to purchase my Dyson Airwrap on the website and Everything was fine and then they sent me an email saying the order was canceled, due to the product not being in stock. So i contacted support and they told me it was saying it wasn’t in stock but that they had a different style in stock. I had them reorder it for me and then i thought everything was good. A few minutes later i got another email saying the same thing. So now i’m confused as to why they’re saying it’s not in stock. I called customer service and they told me the order was actually still in pending status. Well they charged my card and everything and now i’m unsure if i’m even going to get the product and i’m seeing on here that it takes forever to get a response from dyson. Retailer Contact - Registering Processes

Hey, I purchased a V15 from my local Appliance shop. I was having issues registering my product online due to incomplete serial number and was told to go directly back to the store I purchased it from. I called, then emailed a copy of my serial number and order details. After a few days the store emailed me confirming that the serial number was all sorted. They also sent me through the Chat transcript between them and Dyson Live Chat, it has all my personal details. Dyson Norway - Order still not arrived after 2 months. Terrible customer service.

I ordered a vacuum from Dyson’s Norwegian website on 28th November last year.We received a confirmation email from Dyson saying our order had been sent on the 30th November. This was clearly not true as we received two more emails 2 weeks later saying it was taking longer than expected to send our orders. Not good but OK, it’s Christmas. Delays can happen.  We were told it would definitely be shipped in a week. A week went by and nothing. We did not receive any tracking number or anything useful.After eventually receiving a tracking number the package never seemed to move and did not have an estimated delivery date. Customer service is comprised of people who clearly have no power to do anything and that do not even check status or read previous chat logs. Using the WeChat contact (As there is no phone number to contact Dyson Norway), I was constantly told they will open an investigation. The first time they said it will take 3 days, fair enough. Of course after 3 days, no contact. I c

Sustainability of Dyson

Hi, I could not find any Dyson sustainability report. Have I just overseen it or is there really no report of Dyson to that topic? What is Dyson doing in that regard except their award? Especially for climate protection. What kind of energy do they use for electricity, production, heating their buildings, transportation, etc.?

DPD couldn't delivery my order - What can I do?

I’m having an almost identical experience as this post Order Lost with DPD claiming they couldn’t deliver a click-and-collect order to a post office, and then Dyson support being essentially non-existent and not doing what they say they will.I’m massively unimpressed. (Moderator Edit - Moved to New Question, Tags Added)

Feedback on Contacting Dyson - January 2023

How do I contact someone to raise a complaint? Whatsapp doesnt work, there is no live chat, no email address and the phone line rings constantly to tell me my wait time is 28 minutes. It's told me that since 08.00hrs this morning (Moderation Edit - Amended Title to include Month)

Spare part - Out of stock

Hi Stuart, The spare parts I'm looking for have been out of stock since i ordered on the 19th of December i have been in touch with Dyson support but they cant give a date when these will be back in. I have a house with 4 small kids and I'm lost without the dyson, myself and my wife were constantly fighting over Christmas over vacuuming having to take out the old wired henry hoover :) What's the best course of action here? (Edited by Moderator - Moved to Question, Tags Added)

what shocking customer support :(

I’ve just spent well over £600 for a vacuum I am unable to use because I have a part which doesn’t fit anything and I can’t get any answers or proper communication from this company. This is my eighth dyson vacuum - I started with an 02 - I am so saddened by the deterioration of what used to be fantastic customer support. I have spent most of the afternoon following instructions from the customer service lady and the website and still no one has replied to my query. So.. I am forced into a situation I don’t want to be in and joined a community. I’m sure they’re very helpful for those people who like this means of contact but I hate it and I don’t want to be on social media especially so as we live in the sticks and have poor connectivity but I have no alternative but to try to get answers this way. As you may have guessed I’m VERY cross.  I have purchased a V15 detect. There are so many fittings it’s really quite silly but I understand Dyson want to make money. However… the main part a
