Ball Multi Floor 2 Replacement Post Filter

The replacement post filter for Ball Multi Floor 2 vacuum shows out of stock. The part number is 922676-02. Part number 922676-01 appears to be the same thing and shows being available. Is there a difference or can I use “-01” in place of “-02”?

5th machine same humidifer issues

My machine is now out of warranty and I have the same issue I had with my previous 4 machines the humidifier function stops working. No water comes out on the second level and it has no humidifier function at all. How can Dyson keep replacing the machine knowing this is a pervasive issue with the purifier/ humidifiers. Total waste of money they should continue to replace even outside of the warranty window if they can’t develop a product that does what it’s supposed to do for the price they charge my machines have never lasted more then 8 months. Spend $25 on a target/walmart humidifier it will last longer and be more reliable. Dyson’s quality of products and functionality is not fit for the technology they claim to have.

V7 Post filter

I've had the V7 for several years and only needed to change the battery. I ordered and received new filters including a post filter. I now realize looking at the photos that my particular model doesn't have a post filter. Does anyone know if I can retro fit a post filter. It would seem like a logical upgrade.I am an engineer of sorts but without taking the vacuum apart if like to know first.Thanks.

Dyson Supersonic bought as a gift in Japan does not work with Canadian voltage (despite being told by salesperson that it would). What can I do?

Title says it all. Was in Japan and wanted to buy a Supersonic Hairdryer for my wife as a gift. I asked the sales people (multiple) if the dryer would work with Canadian voltage, and both of them categorically said ‘Yes’ (they even pulled up a chart). We got home and found out it does not in fact work. Called Dyson Canada and they told me there’s nothing they can do, and to call Dyson Japan. The phone number provided on the website for Dyson Japan is not in service, and the email provided is not monitored. In summary, I explicitly asked if the hairdryer would work as a precondition to my decision to purchase. Was told ‘Yes’ by multiple Dyson representatives. It turned out to be a lie, and Dyson is washing their hands of it. So my wife is left with a $500 paperweight as a Christmas gift. If this is how Dyson stands by their products and treats their paying customers, I imagine they’ll understand when I never buy anything from them ever again.

overheating battery pack

The battery when in max mode for 5 mins or so gets so hot that you have to remove and place on a tile type surface, unit bought approx 2 years ago seems to be getting worse

Dyson Customer Support - worst experience in my lifetime

I have been a huge Dyson fan since I purchased my first vacuum, years and years ago. I have had nearly every model plus their hair styling products. I have never had to contact customer support until this last Gen 5 outsize model and so did not know how terrible it really is. I contacted them in November 2023 & after several different attempts was told I would receive an email with the shipping label. I did not receive this and contacted them every 3 weeks, after December, every 2 weeks, and then in Feb. 2024 every week. I have offered to pay for the part from day one and even with this I am still waiting and we are almost in March. Because of my experience with them I am looking for a different brand and hoping I can find something as good. I love my products, I have never returned a single one but cannot support a company that has this level of incompetency in one of the most important aspects of the business.I have given up trying to get this resolved through Dyson. Horrendous Return Experience - Refund Still Pending

As an owner of multiple Dyson products in different categories and customer for many years I am very disappointed in the lack of attention and concern Dyson pays to its customers in the returns and refunds process. How can I consider purchasing additional product and support a company that treats it’s customers this way?I ordered a Dyson hair care product for a family member as a holiday gift and it so happens they already owned the item - great for Dyson - not so great for me as it turns out... When I submitted my return request on 12/25, I got no response. I had to contact customer care directly by phone, and sit on hold for over an hour. The associate had no idea how to process my return and was not able to locate my product information despite the fact that the item was purchased through my personal Dyson account on the Dyson site. Anyone else not getting any Customer Service after products not sent?

What’s the adage? It’s better to look after existing customers than try to gain new ones?As one of those existing customers, I'm struggling massively over what is a complete breach of Consumer Rights Act.I ordered a special edition Airwrap with special edition accessories. The accessories didn’t arrive.First Customer Service chat resulted in the Agent telling me the items were out of stock and notifications were now set for me to get in touch again when they were back in stock to place an order. Which doesn’t make any sense - if I hadn’t contacted Dyson, no notifications would have been set and I’d still be accessory-less. The onus was placed firmly on me. Needless to say I’ve had no ‘back in stock’ notifications for items that aren’t for sale separately on the Dyson website as by description, they’re special edition.Unhappy with the response, I started a new chat. Continuing Nightmare That Is My Return Experience - Refund Still Pending!

My wife and I live in the US and have been consumers of several Dyson products for many, many years, up to and including a recent purchase of an Airwrap in late December 2023 for my wife’s 50th birthday. Turns out that she had already received one as a gift from her family so on 12/22/23 I initiated a return of the Airwrap and a couple accessories.This is where the fun began. I had to process 3 returns instead of one for my single order number (1649422111) which, in hindsight if this was the worst part of the experience, I’d be just fine. It took a couple of calls to even get the return labels, one of which 2 different customer service representatives couldn’t even send me due to a “system issue” and I had to have the UPS store print for me which they love doing.Didn’t hear back from Dyson until 1/04/24 via an email that was titled “Your Delayed Dyson Refund” where it stated “we are currently experiencing an unexpected delay in the processing of your refund” and were allegedly working

Where's my refund?

I join the many hundreds who have not been able to get Dyson to give them their refund. They received my vacuum cleaner (in excellent condition – I never opened the box). They acknowledged receipt of the vacuum cleaner and promised a refund IN DECEMEBER. I continue to call and get nothing but “my system is down at the moment, I’ll call you back” or “so sorry, your refund is in process we’ve had problems with our system.” It’s RIDICULOUS. Terrible customer support.

Worst custimer service ever or where's my refund

As of January 23rd, 2024 I still haven’t got my refund for the order with refund reference 164-918-9747. However, Dyson received my returned package on December 14th, 2023 - which makes it over a month ago. It’s a $ 429.99 US, and I’m going to sue you, guys, because your customer service sucks as hell. Hire someone responsible and make it work.

Switch barrels on an air wrap?

Hi there,I bought my wife an Air Wrap for her birthday. Being fairly uneducated on these products, I bought the ‘long barrel’ version from John Lewis which she didn’t actually need. 30 days have passed since my purchase and John Lewis won’t exchange or return. I saw that there are replacement attachments you can buy, so is it as simple as buying the shorter barrel attachments and replacing them?Any help is greatly appreciated!!

How old is my 'new' Dyson battery?

My 2nd hand Dyson V6 Fluffy+ needed a new battery as it wouldn't run for more than a couple of minutes. So in July 2023, I bought a new battery direct from Dyson. At the same time, I thought I’d give it a good clean. I put the new battery in and it was fine. For some reason, I decided to put the old battery back in and found it was working well with the old battery too...possibly because of the in-depth clean. Forward to today, I can’t remember if I swapped the new battery back in. I’ve looked at the numbers on the batteries….do these numbers indicate the date of manufacture?One has 223058-02 and 205069 02/11The other has only one number: 62350-71/02So, what do these numbers mean?The 02/11 looks like it might be a manufacturing date. Is there a date hidden in the other battery’s number - could the date be 1/02, a manufacturing date in 2002?If the 02/11 is the later of the two, how could Dyson, in 2023, sell me a battery made in 2011?Thanks for your help

I called Dyson and tried live chat x3 and I am still left dissatisfied and so just thought I would send an email to let you know Dyson tech fares in real life. I was interested in purchasing the accessories for long Airwrap at €165. Input into basket and didn’t purchase I was going to investigate discount with Revolut which I had read about. Anyway the next day I received several emails with content saying something still in my basket and get €15 off of purchase today. I was tempted and put the promo code in but no discount came off. I spent time trying it several times logged on to chat who wanted me to send a screen shot of the offer but to do this I needed a ‘paper clip’ to appear on the chat. I tried this for ages and ages nothing happened so I gave up - this is what I mean when saying tech issues. Product quality for parts used in Dyson Vacuum cleaner

I purchased this product in India, as I was using this in US for a long time (5-6 years) and did not see issues with the services or the product quality.My experience with Dyson, is that product experience is same but at the cost we think its quality is bad.I bought the product 2 years back and in this period the soft roller brush got spoiled since it was in warranty they sent my a replacement, now its been 14 months and that its again got spoiled and this time the plastic parts just cracked.Last month spent 6K to get a batter replace now they are expecting me to pay 3.4K for the brush.we pay 50K for this vacuum and it does not last even 3-4 years its really shame, I think the support staff needs to do a better job in understand the customer and his frustration with the product.

How Do I Get Dyson to Fix Their Mistake and Make My Wife Happy?

Dyson made a mistake and sent me the wrong product. I did what Dyson asked me to do so they could correct that mistake, but I’m still waiting for a response. Below is an email I sent Dyson on December 24th, but I have heard nothing back yet. Good Evening, It is unfortunate that you are just sending this response to me, and it does not reflect the fact that I have already returned the incorrect equipment and you received it on December 8, 2023, 13 days after the product was shipped. I attached the shipping notice that you sent me. What is even more unfortunate is that I ordered this product on November 12 hoping to get it by Christmas for my wife. I received and discovered that the wrong product was sent to me on November 26th, and I immediately submitted a return request. On December 6th, after not hearing anything from you, even via email, I called to find out the status.
