indoor air quality monitoring

I have owned my dyson hp02 for a long time. I just got wifi and the app. I turned on the continuous monitoring of the indoor air quality.  It shows no data has been recorded. Any ideas on how to get this function to work?

Hi @Raquel

This sounds like an odd one. I don’t have the earlier generation, but I've found that when I lose this it is usually down to my own signal (My internet provider isn’t the best) or that the purifier needs restarting. Try following the information on the below article. If your still struggling, I’m sure another member can offer some support as well…
