Yesterday, I finally purchased the Dyson 360 Heurist. Last night, I charged the vacuum, and this morning, I connected the machine to the app and tried to operate it. However, when I press the start button in the app, the machine moves only a few centimeters away from the charging dock and then stops working. The battery compartment shows that all three bars are charged in blue. Has anyone had the same issue and solved the problem?
