My Dyson 360 Heurist won't move from the dock.. What should I do? | Dyson Community

Yesterday, I finally purchased the Dyson 360 Heurist. Last night, I charged the vacuum, and this morning, I connected the vacuum to the app and tried to operate it. However, when I press the start button in the app, the vacuum moves a few centimeters away from the charging dock and then stops working. The battery compartment shows that all three bars are charged in blue. Does anyone have the same issue, and has anyone solved this problem?
