Even though I have changed the filter in my fan and followed the deep clean schedule, it shows on the app that my air quality is in the severe range. I haven’t been able to find any way to reset it and get an accurate reading of the air quality. There is absolutely no reason for it to be reading the air as severe. I’ve tried moving it from room to room, and also taking it to my patio, and it gives the same reading wherever it is. Does anyone have any ideas on why it’s doing this and what I can do to fix it?
