my dyson v12 keeps cutting out

When I press the button to start using it it keeps cutting out It takes about 6 attempts to Now  start it then it works fine I have tried a new battery it makes no diff IV cleaned out the filter etc still is doing the same thing Any advice thanks

@Mitchell12 Hi there, thanks for the post. If you are NOT seeing any error/notification messages on the screen, I suspect a trigger button is the issue here, please contact local support for either repair or part replacement options. If a part is needed, the part will be “main body/cyclone”.

Yes I did get in touch with them and they are coming to collect it on the 20 th of this month for a repair
