Dyson will do nothing for customer service. They just take your money and do not care if your order arrives

Actually some of the extra terms such as change of mind guarantee are only available when you order through Dyson directly. If you buy from another retailer and then expect to be able to return an item after using it for a little while, you will be disappointed. But yes, the items come from different locations and the tracking information doesn't reflect this very well. I have had an order sent from my state interstate accidentally but I called Dyson uo and worked out what had happened. They looked into it and did get back to me about it and in the end it resulted in about a week's delay while it was redirected back to me.

But if you have paid for something and it has taken over a month and hasn't arrived, I'd think it is quite likely you have a consumer right to either be refunded or get a replacement item sent out to you and the first item declared lost. Consumer services usually have template for writing in a complaint letter requesting the outcome you want (refund? a new item sent out because the first one is clearly lost? what resolution are you after?) and ask you to do that before escalating if you do not receive a satisfactory response. They don't have an indefinite amount of time to find a lost shipment, unless you specifically keep authorising requests for them to have more time to do so. So maybe stop doing that too?
