I just unboxed a brand new PH03, shipped from Dyson, and set it up in Auto mode (fan and humidification). Within a few seconds, the on unit display requests a deep clean and the second button glows orange.
I looked in the user manual and the icon I’m seeing on the display suggests a Pump Rotor Failure.
I started a deep clean (suspicious that this is not the real issue) and now the on board counter display stopped counting down then it got to 59:50.
I suspect that this unit is faulty, can anyone confirm?
I can’t reach Dyson Support as it’s Christmas Day.
