Hello everyone, tell me why when I enter the serial number, my device is displayed, but its photo is not displayed. But on the other device everything is fine and the device and photo are displayed.
Please help meeee….

This might not be something that our other Community members have experienced, I therefore thought it best I step in and help.
If I understand the question correctly, you’ve registered your machine and the image isn’t showing. Can you please confirm if this registration is through the MyDyson website or via the MyDyson App?
