Anyone else having trouble with online returns? I filled out the return form twice and spoke once with live chat. No responses within 48 hours with the online form and Mustafa with live chat said he was sending me an email for the return. Still nothing. Anyone else having trouble with online returns? The phone wait is over 60 minutes. I am in the United States.
