opened box - delivered like this?

I received my Dyson airwrap this morning direct from Dyson. The outer box was intact but the white box they come in was opened at the seal and half open. The actual machine and presentation box looked untouched but concerned as the seal was broken? Is this common for Dyson deliveries?

Hi @CJR27 , thanks for your post. Dyson machines are packed to prevent transit damage. We cannot guarantee transit damage will not happen to the packages. We do ask that you please inspect the machine and if there is any damage we will replace parts needed. Because there aren’t any damages, you are all set to continue using your new Dyson Airwrap.
